Data collected
This site collects no data without your knowledge. The only personal data processed is what you provide voluntarily:
- through the contact form: name, company, role, email address, telephone (optional), service concerned, number of participants (optional) and the content of your message;
- by email or telephone, when you write to us or call us directly.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a possible proposal and to follow up on the relationship that may result. Processing is based on your own initiative in contacting us and on the legitimate interest of 24 Sàrl in responding to enquiries it receives.
Your data is never sold, rented or used for third-party marketing.
Recipients
Data is processed by 24 Sàrl. It may be hosted by the site's hosting and email provider, Infomaniak Network SA, whose servers are located in Switzerland. No other transfer takes place, subject to any legal obligation.
Retention
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any commercial follow-up that results, then deleted. Documents relating to a contracted engagement are kept in accordance with the retention periods required by Swiss law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no request is made to an external service when you visit.
The “Open directions” link on the contact page points to a third-party mapping service. It is only activated if you click it, and that service's privacy policy then applies.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. 24 Sàrl applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data.
To exercise these rights, write to info@24sarl.ch. You will receive a reply within a reasonable time. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
This policy may be adapted if the site or the legal framework changes. The version in force is the one published on this page.
